文理学院涉嫌学术不端行为报告和审查程序

正规澳门赌场网络文理学院(CAS)将学术诚信视为教育体验的基石. The following describes the procedure for 报告ing, 回顾, 处理中国科学院学术不端嫌疑案件, in alignment with the Code of Conduct outlined in the UNE Student 手册(PDF). 

认为学生有学术不端行为的课程教师将:

• 通知(通过电子邮件)并与学生会面，讨论学术不端行为的怀疑以及下一步的步骤.¹
  • If, after this meeting, misconduct is no longer suspected, the 教练 will email this outcome to the student, 并向学术主任(AD)和中科院副院长(CASAD)提交一份副本。. No further action is taken.
  • If, after this meeting, misconduct is still suspected, 老师会用电子邮件发送学生的名字和事件的简要总结(包括是否未成年人的评估)² 或者主修专业³ infraction) to their AD, the CASAD,⁴ with a copy to the student.

The CASAD will then:

• 确定这是学生第一次违规还是随后的违规.

(A) Educational Pathway

当一个疑似学术不端行为的案例被确定为适合教育途径时, the CASAD shall:

• 与指导老师和AD合作，收集任何额外需要的信息，包括支持文档.
• Review the submitted documentation.
• Meet with the student to discuss the incident.

If, during the meeting with the CASAD, the student states that they engaged with integrity, 该案件将转至可制裁途径(B)进行评估. If the student admits to misconduct, the CASAD will:

• Report the outcome to the 教练 and AD; the 教练 will determine the academic outcome⁵ and communicate this to the student.
• 确定适当的教育机会和/或恢复性司法途径，并与学生沟通.
• 跟进导师和相关单位，确保学生在约定的截止日期前完成学业要求和教育/恢复性司法途径。.

(B) Sanctionable Pathway

当一个疑似学术不端行为的案例被确定为适合制裁途径时, 署长须:

• 要求与学生会面讨论费用，并为学生提供五个工作日的回复时间. 如果学生没有在10个工作日内回复副主任的会议要求或参加会议, then the AD will proceed without input from the student

在审阅文件并与学生会面后, AD将在与学生会面后的五个工作日内将以下项目发送给CASAD:

• All relevant documentation.

• If necessary, a recommendation of an appropriate sanction.

如果主任认定该学生保持学术诚信，主任将:

• 通知学生、老师和CASAD他们的决定.

如果副主任认定有学术不端行为发生，副主任将:

• 审查相关文件、AD的结论和建议的制裁.

• 如果AD和CASAD对结论和/或建议的制裁存在分歧，与AD沟通，以确定适当的行动方案. 
• Notify (by email) the AD, 教练, Director of the Office of Student Resolutions, and student of the final decision and the sanction, 如果合适的话, 在收到AD的材料后的五个工作日内.

¹ Meetings should be held in person whenever possible; however, under necessary circumstances, a videoconference, 电话, or email can serve as a substitute.

³ 重大违规是更严重的学术不端行为, may be premeditated and/or involve multiple students, and are in direct violation of the Student Code of Conduct. 重大违规行为可能包括但不限于伪造或伪造数据, 报告, or sources; cheating, 复制, or using unauthorized resources on an exam or quiz; major plagiarism (e.g., absence of citations, entire passages, or multiple phrases plagiarized); egregious cheating (e.g., hiring someone to do the work or use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or platforms to do the work when expressly prohibited); falsification or fabrication of data, 报告, or sources; unauthorized use of a faculty member’s instructional material (e.g., posting to an online site); actions that alter or destroy the work of another student; the acquisition and/or use of another student’s work without that student’s express permission; repeated minor infractions

Other factors (e.g., the student’s year in school, 在特定事件中违规的数量或严重程度可能会影响轻微vs .的判定. major infractions. During the academic misconduct evaluation process, 学生的情况可能从轻微违规变为严重违规，反之亦然. 正规澳门赌场网络学生手册包含了学术不端行为的更多细节和例子.  The Dean will make the final determination about minor vs. major infractions.

⁴ If the course 教练 is also the Academic Director, 副院长将指定一名候补人员担任此职务. If the CASAD is the course 教练, 文理学院的另一位院长将在该级别审查此案.

Consistent with university policy, students¹ 希望发起成绩申诉必须联系他们的课程导师的问题或担心他们的最终成绩. 建议学生在提出上诉之前熟悉课程大纲. 

If the matter is not resolved with the course 教练, 学生应该联系开设该课程的学校的学术主任.² 学术主任(或指定的)将与课程讲师协商，并根据需要应用任何特定的课程/项目级别政策，以对成绩上诉作出决定.

If the matter is not resolved at the school level, 学生可向中国科学院教务处(cas迪安@wolfcrush.com). 中国科学院负责学生学术事务的副院长将与课程指导老师进行咨询, academic director, 迪安, and other campus units as needed, 并根据可获得的信息和公布的大学学术政策做出决定.
